• Mar 12, 2025 : Exemption from federal income tax under Internal Revenue Code (IRC) Section 501(c)(3) approved

Donors can deduct contributions they make to Caring Valley under IRC Section 170. We are also qualified to receive tax deductible bequests, devises, transfers or gifts under Section 2055, 2106, or 2522.

Further we are classified a a public charity under IRC Sec 509(a)(2)
