The board of directors held their first meeting at Newark, CA.

The founding board consisted of three directors

  • Joel Barreto
  • Sowmya Krishnan
  • Zaheer Allam

The meeting was held in the main conference room at RITSNET’s offices.

At this meeting, the officers of the nonprofit were elected.

  • Sowmya was elected as Chairperson and President.
  • Zaheer was elected as Vice-President and
  • Joel was elected as Secretary and Treasurer.
